Facebook Failings - The Dangers of the Behemoth Social Network
My project will be a research paper on the dangers of Facebook. By using examples and prior observations, I will bring to light how Facebook negatively affects individuals emotionally/psychologically, physically, professionally, etc.
Hi Robert, That is interesting and i am sure there are a lot more dangers than we can even imagine. When i saw your subject i immediately thought about the fact that today, everything is shared to the public and to third parties. As long as you actively participate in a social network, many people and companies will know exactly where you are, what you do, and what you like. Personally, I agree with the stance you are taking in regards to Facebook. I feel that people are basically being sold on Facebook. Alongside the lack of privacy, there seems to be a lapse between people's online identities, and real life identities. It is also VERY time consuming, and there seems to be an overflow of people's daily happenings- how do you manage to keep up?!
